We're a small food cart on Biddle Rd, and we've been doing this the same way for years. Just good Mexican food, made fresh, sold out of a cart that's become part of the neighborhood.
Every taco, burrito, and plate that leaves here is made by hand. We're not cutting corners or using shortcuts. You can taste the difference when someone actually cares about what they're cooking.
People keep coming back because we're consistent and we don't pretend to be something we're not. A food cart that makes real food. That's it.
Somos un carrito pequeño en Biddle Rd, y llevamos años haciendo lo mismo. Comida mexicana de verdad, hecha al momento, desde un carrito que ya es parte del barrio.
Cada taco, burrito y plato que sale de aquí se hace a mano. No cortamos camino ni usamos trucos. Se nota la diferencia cuando alguien de verdad se importa lo que está cocinando.
